Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MGP Miami Gardens Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any pool cleaning or maintenance service with us.

These terms apply to all customers who use our pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services in Miami Gardens, FL and surrounding areas.

Services We Provide

MGP Miami Gardens Pool Care offers professional pool cleaning and maintenance services. When you book with us, we will provide the specific services you requested, which may include:

  • Weekly or one-time pool cleaning
  • Chemical balancing and water testing
  • Filter cleaning and equipment maintenance
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Equipment repairs and replacements
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel scheduled appointments if we determine that working conditions are unsafe or if required access to your pool is not provided.

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (305) 704-3621 or submitting a request through our website. We will confirm your appointment within one business day.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled service window. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are provided in your quote or service agreement. Prices may vary based on pool size, condition, and the specific services required.

Payment is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For weekly service plans, you will be billed on a monthly basis. Additional services beyond your regular plan will be billed separately.

Your Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide quality service, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times
  • Ensure gates are unlocked or provide access codes
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Notify us of any pool equipment issues or concerns
  • Maintain adequate water levels in your pool
  • Follow any care instructions we provide

Liability and Warranties

We carry liability insurance and take great care in providing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures due to age or improper previous maintenance, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

We warranty our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If you experience any issues related to work we performed, please contact us within this period and we will make it right.

For equipment repairs or replacements, manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. We will provide information about applicable warranties when equipment is installed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
